Sincerely,I just wanted to take a moment after I read this post to thank You, Beda and the entire Dynamic Page Solutions Team for sharing your knowledge base and providing my company with the Best Web Solution we have come across in a long time. In less than 90 days these sites surpassed some of our National Accounts and became one of our the Top 3 Lead generators for my firm... (... truth be known.... DPS accomplished this in less than 30 days, but I didn't want to sound as though as I was "puffing" for your company). The "Search Technology" that sold me on the sites I procured with DPS in March of 2009, produced results overnight, it has been steady and it has produced much more than I could have anticipated. I am certain we will need to hire additional staff to help intake the lead flow very shortly.
And just a couple more things... In my 16 years or so on the Internet managing real estate web leads traffic, gathering sales statistics for my firm, and tracking results of what works and what doesn't, I have always .... always maintained that real estate brokers and real estate web site developers should keep it simple to generate the most amount of leads with the best potential for closing. All the other fluff web site builders like to say will be good for you is insignificant when it comes to Lead Count. I like these sites with DPS because the customer basically has to only choose One of Two things to do ... not 7 of 9. If they are interested in a property they can 1.) call me or 2.) have me call them. I am not too concerned about people searching communities before they choose an agent so that link among others isn't important to me. I can send them that link once I am working with them... same with schools, churches, McDonalds... and all that other fluff Web Site developers want to tell you will enhance their sites and google placement. I want leads that want to go see houses. Your sites deliver them! Many closings yet to come in 2010. I can easily see another 30 transactions closing between July and December if the economy hangs in there.
Finally, it is rare when a company is so willing to share their knowledge base so freely with their customers... the DPS Blog and Facebook posts have been a valuable resource for us to turn to so that information can be put into practical use. Thanks!
